Inspection Visits
Firstly are they compulsory? – No, we work with our clients to assist them where we can and if an arranged HLC ‘Inspection Visit’ is the best way then we can arrange one for you.
Assuming you want to go and view a few properties and you wish to take advantage of an HLC ‘Inspection Visit’ this is what happens:-
- HLC Spanish Property Agents, having taken your brief, will find a number of properties for you to look at. The properties may be with different agents in Spain.
- We discuss appropriate dates for your visit.
- The trip is arranged normally between Monday to Friday, i.e. 4 days, 3 nights stay.
- Flights and Accommodation will be included in the £99 per person ‘Inspection Visit’ fee.
- You will be chauffered to a local airport if a car is available or you can find your own way. Our host representatives will meet you at your destination airport and take you to your accommodation to allow you to settle in.
- During the next two days you will be taken to the various properties we have lined up, you will also be shown others if you are still unsure.
- The final day is normally set aside for you to revisit you preferred properties and if you find what you want we can start the process of ‘Buying your property in the Sun’ which can include introducing you to a Bank and Solicitor in the local area.
- You will then be taken back to the airport for your return journey. At home you can finalise the details and the financing of your new property abroad.
- You can then complete the transaction under the guidance of your nominated Solicitor.
We will assist you along the way, so don’t worry.

£250 Reward or £500 to Charity?
