HLC Spanish Property Agents is a trading name for Hamilton Laird Consultants also known as ‘HLC’; a family run business with their offices at
‘Wilson Suite’ 5 The Quay in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 5AR.

The company ‘HLC’ offers a variety of advice and guidance, but mainly in the finding of properties in Spain assisting in client purchase opportunities.

Initial assistance may be given without charge but should a formal agreement be made between the ‘Client’ and ‘HLC’ this will be recorded in the form of a contract and must be signed by both parties before any fee becomes due. Such an agreement will stand until terminated by either party in accordance with that contract.

‘HLC’ will research as the client’s personal independent consultant, and inform the client of a variety of property for sale opportunities, the area therein and the facilities available at or near the property. A Partner of ‘HLC’, and or associates, often make personal visits to Spain to assist in the selection of properties ready for the ‘inspection visit’ by the ‘Client’.

If you take up an ‘inspection visit’ organised by ‘HLC’ the ‘Client’ is expected to find their own way to the chosen airport in the UK but it is customary for the client to be picked up and returned to the Spanish airport commencing and concluding any ‘inspection visit’. If anything else is required ‘HLC’ will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.

A personalised approach is pursued with each client in order to ensure the clients aspirations and expectations are understood and where possible obtained, so close contact will be maintained throughout.
